Qureshi lashes out at Indian Army Chief

KARACHI: Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi said the people of Pakistan are rendering great sacrifices in the war against terrorism, Geo News reported Monday.

Addressing a press conference here, he said the Indian Army Chief gave irresponsible statement, which was denounced by the Foreign Office and Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) as well.

It should be mentioned that India’s Army Chief Gen Deepak Kapoor said that the Indian military is ready to fight Pakistan and China simultaneously, as quoted by an India daily.

The FM Qureshi said, ‘We are not overawed and nor will we be intimidated in future.’
